Yesterday we launched Flood's Hall's small business loan program in support of beloved Build Coffee, a community hub within Woodlawn's Experimental Station that offers some of the best coffee around and an ever-rotating book/zine selection.

We are hopeful that our loan can support some exciting growth plans that they have, along with the hard work they already do to provide us all with a place between home and work to hang out, meet friends, hold gatherings and attend workshops.

Flood’s Hall is looking to provide micro finance loans to support growth at other area businesses or to help early-stage entrepreneurs with experience and a solid plan located in the area. We are especially interested in businesses that make the area more vibrant, and business owners that historically have had inadequate access to mainstream capital.
